Laura (Chun-Chia) Lin is an undergrad majoring in Human Biology, Health, & Society with a Global Health minor in the College of Human Ecology. In the Schaffer-Nishimura lab, she works with Dr. Nishimura and Camille in investigating cancer metastasis of B16 melanoma and RM1 prostate circulating tumor cells (CTC) in meningeal lymphatic vessels in the mouse model.

As an international student from Taipei, Taiwan, she is also the co-founder and current co-president of Cornell Club of Taiwan, a professional networking organization that connects students and alumni affiliated with Taiwan. Laura's experience in conducting ethnographic field research in Nepal over the Spring of 2015 has inspired her to dedicate her career to addressing oral health issues in developing nations as a dentist. In her leisure time, she enjoys playing the ukulele on the slope, preferably when it's not snowing.
