I am using ray tracing techniques to design a lens system that will efficiently collect and detect the scattered fluorescence in our two-photon microscope. This work should allow us to image deeper into highly-scattering samples. I am a freshman in the College of Engineering, and I plan to major in either Computer Science or Applied and Engineering Physics.
