David exploring the use of femtosecond laser ablation as a surgical tool for treatment of neocortical epilepsy. This project involves a collaboration with Ted Schwartz from the Department of Neurological Surgery. David received a Bachelors degree in Biological Engineering and Biology from Cornell in 2006 and finished a Masters of Engineering in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Cornell in 2007. After working for a year, David returned to the Biomedical Engineering Ph.D. program at Cornell.
